Keeping Agility Alive: Leveraging Agile COPs and OKRs for Sustained Success
This session is going to open avenues to understand how organizations can deal with stuck agile transformations and resurrecting dead agility. Agile initiatives always have a great start, however, they get stuck due to various factors such as lack of sustained commitment, rigid hierarchy delaying the decision making and failure to measure the outcome. Here, we bring you two strategies that helped us leverage our transformation journey. Let us brainstorm the role of Agile Communities of Practice (COPs) in keeping the momentum as high as always, and how the OKR framework complimented the whole COP model. By combining these approaches, we can diagnose dead plateaus in the transformation journey and achieve an incremental success that can be sustained all along. Look out for some real life experiences in using Agile COPs and KPIs in OKR for keeping the agility alive!
